I've only been using Nouri Weight Loss for a couple of weeks. But, it seems to be doing everything my previous probiotic did. With a little added benefit of fish oil. I haven't lost weight, but I don't blame this product. I do notice a fish oil taste after I take it, so I take it at bedtime and don't notice it.
